Payment Terms

Once you have confirmed your order, payment has been made and you receive a confirmation email from ourselves a legally binding contract is made between us.

All prices shown on the website are in UK Sterling Pounds and exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order will be the total of the products in your basket plus delivery charges (if delivery is the selected method of receiving your goods). These are clearly stated in your basket at checkout.

Bear Cricket Ltd reserves the right to change prices, offers and availability any time before your order is accepted.

No credit card information is stored and customer details are not shared with third parties.

Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Bear Cricket Ltd ships merchandise to locations within the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands), but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Deliveries are made by our designated courier within 3-5 working days of the order been accepted to addresses within the United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands). For addresses outside of the United Kingdom please email sales@bearcricket.co.uk for an accurate quote before placing your order, if your order is placed without emailing us for a quote then your goods will not be released until the remaining balance for delivery has been paid.

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Bear Cricket Ltd is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Please note that although we do everything in our power to ensure the delivery times are met on the odd rare occasion this may not be possible due to factors outside of our control, if this is the case you will be emailed to be notified of this.

Returns Policy

We offer an exchange of goods or a full refund, providing goods have not been used and are returned in their original packaging and you meet the cost of any additional postage incurred in completing the return or exchange. Defective bats must be returned, with details of the original purchase, to be examined before any decision can be made on replacements (return postage must be paid for by the buyer). If it is confirmed to be a manufacturing fault a replacement will be issued. If goods show signs of wear and tear or are not in a resalable condition they will not be accepted for return. Bear Cricket Ltd reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

Bats are not covered for ball damage on the edges and toe of the bat. We strongly recommend that bats are knocked in before use, especially on these areas. We would also strongly advise against using new bats during indoor nets.

You need to notify us within 28 days of purchase of any problems with Bear Cricket Ltd products.

Postage costs are refundable and our responsibility in relation to any goods which have been wrongly dispatched or faulty at the time of delivery to you, however the value of this refund is limited to a maximum P&P cost you paid for the original delivery.

Bear Cricket Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are deemed to be damaged or tampered with not in accordance with normal use. This does not affect your statutory rights.


VOID WHERE PROHIBITED: Although the information on this web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions.
